Placing an Order

 How can I place an order?

  1. To be able to search specific items quickly, you can select the Shop heading and browse the "Categories" section or type the item you are looking for in the search field
  2. Once you have found your item, select the desired size and quantity, then click on "Add to cart" button
  3. When you are ready to checkout click on the "Checkout" button
  4. Fill in Billing Address and all other pertinent information, accept terms and payments, then click on "Place Order" button
  5. Select the appropriate payment option
  6. Confirm order
  7. An email will be sent confirming that we have received your order
  8. When order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailled to you

 

 

 

Payment Methods

What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Direct Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union, PayWise and Paypal.

 

Direct Bank Transfer

The Direct Bank Transfer allow customers to make payments directly to our account. Once selected when checking out, we will provide you with the bank details and hold your order for 2 days until we can confirm receipt of payment. You would be required to email us your receipt of payment.

 

MoneyGram / Western Union

MoneyGram and Western Union offers customers a safe, secure and fast way to send money to anyone at any location. You just need to proceed to your nearest agent and send payment to us based on the payment details which would be emailed to you once this option is selected at the checkout point. Your order will be held for 2 days until we can confirm receipt of payment. 

 

PayPal

Paypal is a world leader in online payment processing which allows individuals or businesses with an email address to securely send payments online. Your credit card information is never seen by Dellez. In fact,  your transaction is made to PayPal and PayPal informs us when the transaction is complete without giving any card or bank information to us. You are 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Once this option is selected, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.  

Please note that the conversion amount if applicable, will be determined by your credit card provider and is based on the exchange rates at the time of billing.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

 

Dellez ships both locally and specific countries regionally and internationally.

 

LOCALLY (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO)

Dellez offers local customers a shipping flat rate of TT $30 per order, however orders with a total of TT $400 and above will be shipped free of charge. Free shipping applies to Trinidad and Tobago only.

Orders take between 1 - 2 days (excluding holidays and weekends) to arrive at the shipping address.

 

REGIONALLY & INTERNATIONALLY

Regional and International shipping charges are dependent on the weight and country to be shipped. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in the final price at checkout before the order is placed.

 Shipping time is usually 4 - 7 days (excluding holidays and weekends). 

 

When your order and payment have been processed sucessfully, we will confirm that your order has been shipped via email. You will be provided with a tracking number which would allow you to track and trace your package.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the shipment date. Returned items must be in a new, unworn, unwashed resalable condition with the original tags attached and in its original packaging. Any items that are soiled, torn or has a strange smell will not be accepted for return. Shipping will not be refunded.

 

Please note that items on sale are not eligible for refund.

Customers eligible for a return can get a coupon or full cash refund, or item can be exchanged. One of which must be indicated on the return form.

Pre Orders

What are Pre-Orders?

 

A pre-order is an order which is placed for a product in advance. The benefits of pre-orders are as follows:

  • The customer secures its purchase before the products are available since many of Dellez products are limited editions.
  • The customer gets the products at a discounted price.

 

 

Terms and Conditions for Pre-Orders

  • You will be charged in full when placing a pre-order.
  • Pre-orders would be available for a short period of time and are based on demand, if a pre-order item is no longer available we will provide a full cash refund. A full cash refund is also provided in an event where your item does not fit as expected. Terms & Conditions apply re Returns policy.
  • Your pre-order would be shipped within the timeframe indicated on the product description.

 

Why do I have to wait so long for my order?

 

The pre-ordered items are based on demand. We will accept pre-orders  for a short period of time and based on this response only then the product is sent to production. These orders are made for you and as such would require some time as these items are manufactured internationally and carefully crafted to perfection.
